These Terms govern your use of the G63 platform (the Platform) and all services offered through the Website, mobile applications, and any other channels (the Services). The entity operating G63 is a licensed gaming operator incorporated in Curaçao and authorized by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board to conduct games of chance. By registering an Account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that the Services are provided subject to the rules herein.
G63 may amend these Terms from time to time. Each eligible user may receive, at most, one of each offered bonus per account, and eligibility may be restricted by jurisdiction and device. Maximum bet while a casino bonus is active is 5 EUR per spin or 15 percent of the total bonus value, whichever is lower. A No Deposit or Free Spin offer may be subject to a 100x wagering requirement and must be completed within 48 hours; failure results in expiration. In the event of an erroneous crediting or settlement, G63 may adjust, reverse, or cancel such transactions to reflect the terms that would have applied absent the error. The Platform may suspend access or terminate accounts in cases of suspected breach, fraud, or other illegal activity, and may seek redress in accordance with applicable law.
G63 collects and processes personal data for identity verification, anti money laundering controls, fraud prevention, and the provision of Services. Data handling complies with applicable data protection laws and the Platform's Privacy Policy. You have rights of access, correction, and deletion where permitted by law, and data may be shared with service providers and regulatory bodies for compliance and security purposes. Security measures are implemented to protect data against unauthorized access.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of licensing and operation, which for Curaçao licensed operators is Curaçao law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Curaçao or as otherwise required by applicable law, or by binding arbitration where permissible under law.
Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and G63 regarding the Services. No unauthorised assignment of rights is permitted. Notices shall be delivered electronically through the Platform. G63 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without notice where permitted by law.
