For a longer break, a user may elect a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion results in the closure of the account for the duration of the chosen period. Initiation requires a written request via the designated support channel. On receipt, the account enters a first stage cooling-off period of 24 hours during which no gambling activity is permitted. After the cooling-off period, the company informs the user of the available self-exclusion periods. The periods offered are pre-set and non-negotiable. To proceed with the self-exclusion process, the user must respond by electronic notice. If no response is received within a further 24 hours, the account will be reopened and confirmed by email. During the Self-Exclusion period the account is disabled and the user may not deposit or withdraw funds. Upon expiry, the account will automatically be re-activated.
At account creation or at any time, a user may impose financial limits within the My Account section. If the user exceeds a maximum self-imposed limit, further actions related to that limit are restricted. To revoke a limit or exclusion, the user must submit a written or electronic notice. The Company will consider such requests but reserves absolute discretion to deny them.
G63 will endeavour to ensure that no promotional material is sent to customers who have entered Time-Out or Self-Exclusion. The Company may communicate with other eligible customers in accordance with the Terms and Conditions; exclusions do not affect other accounts the user may hold with G63 beyond the scope of the excluded account.
